The Pembroke Coast Silver Sketchbook explores the ancient Pembrokeshire coast between St Brides and St David’s. Here the Treginnis coastal path touches Wales’ oldest rocks, volcanic rock, laid down some 600 million years ago during the Pre-Cambrian era.
Looking out across the Irish Sea the line of the horizon changes from iridescent to shrouded, gems of wildflowers carpet the grassy cliffs tops. It is heaven on earth.
The Pembroke Coast collection includes silver jewellery and a copy of the Pembroke Silver Sketchbook.
Pembroke Coast Collection
Inspired by holes in the igneous scoria rock, the silver is cast from the surface of this rock, its volcanic bubbles evoking fossilised air from millions of years past and create beautiful forms, cast in fine silver, catching the light and holding precious time.
